For all custom materials, including shirts, boat decals, and promotional items, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the custom materials you receive, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is delighted with their custom materials and has a positive experience with Northstar Graphics.

If you have a specific design in mind, the best way to request a custom design is to email us. We will work closely with you on the design, ensuring that it meets your expectations. Before printing, we will provide you with a preview of the design to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product.
